Here are the terms and conditions for Earth Girl Hosting's affiliate program.

1. All affiliates are required to have a valid PayPal account in order to receive payments. Enter your PayPal email when you register. We generally pay affiliates after the 35th day after a successful signup. After 35 days, you can request for a commission withdrawal in your affiliate dashboard.
2. Any affiliate that misrepresents Earth Girl Hosting will be removed from our program. We don’t allow our affiliates to indicate that they are us – this can be either through the affiliate’s own site or pay per click advertising. You cannot take out ads in our name, our URL, or any derivatives thereof. If you want to place per click ads, they should be about hosting plans/online shopping carts in general or one of our hosting plans.
3. Any affiliate who has two or more chargebacks or fraudulent credit card charges will immediately be removed from the program and not paid.
4. You can request a payout once you reach a minimum of $25.
5. Affiliates are responsible for paying PayPal's fee since we send the PayPal payment as the “Paying for an item or service” method, which makes the receiver pay the fee. This activates PayPal’s protection service.
6. The commission amount is subject to change at any time and we will attempt to notify you via email.
7. Coupon/discount/promotion codes cannot be added anywhere unless agreed upon beforehand. Commissions will be voided.
8. Coupon-only websites and coupon-only social media posts are not allowed. Commissions will be voided.
9. When writing about Earth Girl Hosting, your content must be honest and transparent.
